LinkedIn's terms don't allow apps to automatically read or monitor your connections, and doing that can get a LinkedIn account restricted - so NurtureBot never touches LinkedIn directly, to keep your account safe. People come in when you bring them: scan their LinkedIn QR code or business card when you meet, add them by hand, or upload your LinkedIn connections file any time (Settings, then Import your contacts, then Upload LinkedIn contacts) and we add only the new people - never a duplicate.

Ask LinkedIn for your data archive (on LinkedIn: Settings, then Data privacy, then Get a copy of your data), and when the Connections file arrives, open Settings here, tap Import your contacts, then Upload LinkedIn contacts, and pick it. We add only the people you don't already have - no duplicates, ever - and your file never leaves your device except to create your own contacts.

A few ways: tap the Scan tab to scan a LinkedIn QR code, an Instagram QR code, or a business card; tell me in chat ("add Hannah Leeb from NurtureBot", or "met Sam at the summit"); or add them by hand in People. Someone new you just met is best saved on the spot with a quick scan.

It lives on the event. Open People, then Events, find the event and tap it - the Guest list section shows everyone on that event, and each person has a tick box you check off as you actually invite them. Ticking someone writes an editable note on them saying they were invited; unticking takes it back. It never touches your calendar. If you linked a list to the event, that list IS the same guest list - People, then Lists, shows it with a '3 of 12 invited' count at the top. And while the event is still ahead of you, the chat shows an invite card for it on its own.

People, then Events. There's a month grid with a dot on every day that has something, and you can page back and forward - past months included. Tap an event to open it: the invitation you wrote, the RSVP link, the guest list, and any lists linked to it. Adding an event hands off to your own calendar app, because NurtureBot only ever reads your calendar.

Reminders are real phone notifications now. One arrives mid-morning, or as soon as your quiet hours end if those cover the morning. If yours isn't showing up, open Settings, then Reminders, and check three things: that it isn't set to Off (Daily and Weekly are the other choices), that your quiet hours aren't covering the whole morning, and that notifications are allowed for NurtureBot on this phone - that screen tells you if they aren't. Whoever's due also sits at the top of your To Do list every time you open the app.

Every contact gets a relationship score from three things: how relevant they are to your goals, real signals (you swapped contact info, agreed a next step), and the vibe of your notes. It's worked out for you, never guessed, so the people most worth a follow-up rise to the top on their own. You never set a number - just log what happened and the score follows.

A normal AI action is 5 credits - drafting a message, asking about someone you have saved (like 'tell me about Maya'), a search, or generating suggestions. One typed question is one 5-credit turn, never two. An event invite is 5 credits for the whole event, however many people are on it - 'invite Maya, Jonas and Sanne to Demo Day' puts all three on the event and writes one invite, not one each. Tweaking or regenerating a draft you already have is 1 credit. Talking instead of typing is 2 credits for every minute you start. A whole-book search costs 1 credit for every 500 people you have saved, so it is 1 credit for most books and never more than 10; filling a list with AI is 10. Looking up one person's photo and details, or scanning a business card, is 2. Reading your data, your scores, theming, and everything offline-able is free (scores are worked out, not AI, so they never cost anything). Your balance lives at the top of Settings, and asking me for help never costs a credit. During the TestFlight beta the free credits refresh by themselves: when an action would fail at zero, the next 250 is added on the spot and I say so in the chat, up to four times (1,250 in all); after the fourth, buying more arrives with the App Store version, and referring a friend still earns 250.

No. Calendar access is read-only - it reads your networking events so the chat can offer a quick debrief after one. NurtureBot never creates, moves, or deletes an event. You connect one in Settings, then Connect your calendar, and it asks which account you mean, so your work and personal calendars stay separate.

Photos are looked up for 2 credits each, up to 50 a month, your cap. Raise or lower it in Settings, then Connections, or turn photos off there (new contacts then show their initials). When you upload a file, NurtureBot asks first: it shows how many people are new and offers Add + look up photos (with the price) or Add without photos; names, titles and companies are added either way. After an upload the photos arrive over a few minutes, and People shows how many are in. Some profiles are private or have no photo, so those people keep their initials. When you pull someone up in the chat and their last lookup is more than 30 days old, their card offers a Refresh details button for 2 credits; nothing is spent until you tap it.

Only you. Every row is locked to your account behind the scenes, so no other user - and no unauthenticated request - can read your data. We don't sell your information, we don't show ads, and we never hand your contacts, notes, or messages to advertisers. When you use something that needs AI, only the relevant part of your information is sent to an outside AI service, and those companies are barred by their contracts with us from training their models on it; if you'd rather your content wasn't used that way at all, email the address in our privacy policy from your sign-up address and we'll exclude your account. Your phone's address book is never uploaded - only the people you actually add are saved. And it stays yours: tap Download my data in Settings to email yourself a spreadsheet of every contact, score, and note, and Delete account removes everything for good, immediately and permanently.
